Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):


 
 

1. What time does the tour start? Our regular pick-up time is 9:30 am at the Hilton Public Port (next to Movenpick Hotel in Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City in Mactan Island). Sometimes, this may change depending on the tide level/flow. Should there be a change, you'll be informed the day before the tour.

2. How long is the 3-island tour? The tour is approximately 6-8 hours. We will work at your own pace whether it's a group or a private tour. We make sure that everyone is satisfied in every stop. Please know that our staff might make diversions/surprises during the tour.

3. What's the overview of your tour packages? We have designed our tours to allow you to enjoy the best of both worlds: beach and marine life. You will have an opportunity to hop out in one of the islands to relax in a nice beach and enjoy two snorkeling spots: snorkeling in a marine sanctuary and sea urchin hunting.

4. Can you pick us up at our hotel/resort? We can pick-up guests directly at Abaca and Costabella Hotels at no extra costs. Many of the hotels charge an average docking fee of Php1,500 - Php3,000+. Please check with your hotel in Mactan Island if we can pick you up directly at no cost to you. During off-season, some hotels do waive their docking fees. You will be responsible for making this arrangement though. For guests from Movenpick and JPark Resorts, our staff can pick you up at your hotel's front gate for free.

5. Can you provide land transport from our hotel to Hilton Port? Yes, we can arrange round trip transport for an extra charge. For Mactan Hotels, our round trip transfers is Php2,000 for the entire group (maximum of 12). For guests coming from Cebu and Mandaue Cities, the rate is Php3,500 (maximum of 12). Taxis are also available at the port but you have to patiently wait. Should you prefer the latter transport option, our staff will make sure that upon returning from your island hopping tour, one of us will look for a cab for your convenience and safety.

6. What makes you different from other tour companies? This is a family business that empowers the islands' shareholders. We know the islands pretty well. Thus, we guarantee you that every island stop offers a truly authentic island experience. Every staff on board practices the customer-centric principles. Our safety measures include adequate staff to guests ratio along with the life-saving equipments on-board.

7. What are the inclusions of the package rate? Tour PumpBoat, 
Lunch (3 dishes minimum), Alcohol (Rhum&Coke or San Miguel Beer), Beverages (Fresh Coconut Juice, Water and Soda), Entrance Fees to the Islands, Terminal and Docking Fees, Towel Service, Tour Guide, Snorkeling Gears (Mask and Snorkels) and Life Jackets.

8. What are your payment options? We now require a 50 percent downpayment payable to our PayPal account. Please note that PayPal charges 4.4 percent. Please include the PayPal payment on your down payment. Upon receipt, we will email the amount received and the balance that you will pay during the tour.
